Meet Sandie Vleeming and Lauraine
Power, also known as Sandbox and Lulupops.
They’re cousins, special friends and now business
partners. Individually they dreamed of starting their
own businesses, together they have turned their dream
into a reality.
She thrives on capturing the
unforgettable moments and the unique personalities
of each of her three boys. Over the years, she has
taken countless photos of friends and family. Raising
three active boys, aged 9, 8 and 5, Sandie has learned
to juggle getting her boys to the rink and field
on time, finding time to inspire their ever-growing
imaginations and also to nurture her passion for
photography. All of the “little things” that mean so much are not
only captured in the hearts of her and her husband, but
by the lens of her camera. Sandbox tells their wonderful
story in her extraordinary collection of albums.
Her infectious character is felt in each and every one
of them. She laughs big and loves hard.
She has an eye for distinct trend
setting fashions and an ability to transform a wardrobe
into a sophisticated work of art. Her ability to turn
a special moment into an unforgettable keepsake is
remarkable. Lauraine defines class, chic and fun. She
recently returned from England where she managed
a trendy boutique and most recently working for
a designer clothing store as a personal shopper.
Both roles give her the skills and experience necessary
to build a successful
business. Lulu is a new Mom. She savors the
everyday moments that she shares with her husband and
growing family. Like Sandbox, Lulu has a photo album
collection filled with memories sure to last a
lifetime. You can feel her contagious spirit as you
turn the pages.
